Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n<p>You have <strong>14 days<\/strong> from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving a reason. If the order arrives in several parcels, the period starts when you receive the last item.<\/p>\n<p>To exercise this right, tell us in a clear statement before the period expires, at <a href=\"mailto:info@reineraiko.ch\">info@reineraiko.ch<\/a> or by post to Raiko Lashes &amp; Beauty \/ Reine Raiko beaut\u00e9, Avenue de France 36, 1004 Lausanne, Switzerland. You may use the form below, but you do not have to.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Model withdrawal form<\/h3>\n<blockquote>\n<p>To Raiko Lashes &amp; Beauty \/ Reine Raiko beaut\u00e9, Avenue de France 36, 1004 Lausanne, info@reineraiko.ch<\/p>\n<p>I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods:<\/p>\n<p>Ordered on \u2026 \/ received on \u2026<br \/>Order number \u2026<br \/>Customer name \u2026<br \/>Customer address \u2026<br \/>Date \u2026<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3>3. Sending items back<\/h3>\n<p>After notifying us, send the items back within 14 days. Items must be complete and in a condition that allows resale. You may examine them as you would in a shop; you are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond that.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You bear the direct cost of returning the goods<\/strong>, unless the item is faulty or does not match your order. We recommend a tracked service: the parcel travels at your risk until it reaches us.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Refunds<\/h3>\n<p>We refund you no later than <strong>14 days<\/strong> after we receive the returned items or proof that you sent them, whichever is earlier. The refund covers the price of the items and standard delivery costs, and is made using the same payment method you used for the order, at no cost to you.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Exceptions<\/h3>\n<p>The right of withdrawal does not apply to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sealed cosmetic products <strong>whose seal has been removed after delivery<\/strong>, for reasons of hygiene and health protection;<\/li>\n<li>goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;<\/li>\n<li>training courses and services already fully performed with your express agreement;<\/li>\n<li>digital content supplied immediately with your express agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>6. Faulty goods \u2014 statutory warranty<\/h3>\n<p>Separately from the right of withdrawal, you benefit from the <strong>two-year statutory warranty<\/strong> running from delivery (Art. 210 Swiss Code of Obligations). If an item is faulty, write to <a href=\"mailto:info@reineraiko.ch\">info@reineraiko.ch<\/a> with your order number and, if possible, photographs. We bear the cost of returning a faulty item.<\/p>\n<h3>7.
