It is drawn up in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for individuals located in the European Union or the EEA, with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).<\/p>\n<h3>3. We neither receive nor store full card numbers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Communication data<\/strong>: messages sent through the contact forms or by e-mail.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Usage data<\/strong>: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, date and time, cookie identifiers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. Purposes and legal bases<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Performance of the contract<\/strong> \u2014 order processing, delivery, invoicing, after-sales service. Basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Legal obligations<\/strong> \u2014 accounting and retention of supporting documents for ten years (Art. 958f Swiss Code of Obligations). Basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Legitimate interests<\/strong> \u2014 site security, fraud prevention, improvement of the shop. Basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Consent<\/strong> \u2014 analytics and marketing cookies, newsletter. Basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5. Recipients and processors<\/h3>\n<p>We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the providers needed to run the shop:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Web host<\/strong> \u2014 hosting and backups.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cloudflare, Inc.<\/strong> (United States) \u2014 content delivery and attack protection.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Brevo<\/strong> (France) \u2014 delivery of transactional e-mail (order confirmations, notifications).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Google Ireland Ltd<\/strong> \u2014 Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, only after consent.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Automattic, Inc.<\/strong> (United States) \u2014 Jetpack statistics and security features.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Intuit Mailchimp<\/strong> (United States) \u2014 newsletter management, only after sign-up.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Payment providers<\/strong> \u2014 payment processing, including TWINT AG (Switzerland).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Swiss Post and carriers<\/strong> \u2014 delivery of parcels.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Accountant and authorities<\/strong> \u2014 where required by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>6. Transfers outside Switzerland and the EEA<\/h3>\n<p>Some providers are established outside Switzerland and the EEA, in particular in the United States. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards: the European Commission\u2019s standard contractual clauses, supplemented where applicable by the provider\u2019s certification under the EU\u2013US Data Privacy Framework. A copy of these safeguards can be requested at the address given in section 1.<\/p>\n<h3>7. Retention periods<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Orders, invoices and accounting records: ten years (Art. 958f Swiss Code of Obligations).<\/li>\n<li>Customer account: until deleted by the customer.<\/li>\n<li>Newsletter subscription: until unsubscribed.<\/li>\n<li>Messages sent through forms: two years.<\/li>\n<li>Server logs: twelve months.<\/li>\n<li>Cookies: as stated in the consent banner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>8. Your rights<\/h3>\n<p>You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. Requests can be sent to <a href=\"mailto:privacy@reineraiko.ch\">privacy@reineraiko.ch<\/a>. We reply within one month.<\/p>\n<p>You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you reside in the EU or EEA, with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.<\/p>\n<h3>9. Representative in the European Union<\/h3>\n<p>We are currently in the process of designating a representative within the meaning of Art. 27 GDPR. Their contact details will be published here once appointed. In the meantime, any request may be addressed directly to <a href=\"mailto:privacy@reineraiko.ch\">privacy@reineraiko.ch<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>10. Cookies<\/h3>\n<p>Cookies strictly necessary for the shop to work (basket, session, security) are set without consent, because the site cannot function without them. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after you agree, through the banner shown on your first visit. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer.<\/p>\n<h3>11. Security<\/h3>\n<p>The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to process orders. Passwords are stored as hashes and are never readable.<\/p>\n<h3>12.
